Proposal Title
Three Students, Three Perspectives, One University: Lessons Learned at Lesley
Abstract
Three students whose friendship developed during their First Year Seminar experience at Lesley share lessons learned over the course of three academic years and summer experiences. Relationships with faculty and staff are explored, through intersections as Course Assistants, career mentors, academic tutors, and social-emotional ambassadors. The bidirectional influence that students and faculty have on each other's educational perspectives is explored through examples of work that panelists will present, and opportunities for institutional resources and support structures will be identified.
