Black and White Photograph, Thin White Border; pale, greenish residue remnants are present on the sides of the bottom left and right portions of the photograph's border; a set of two horizontal dark blue marginal cut off points can be found near the top of the photograph, with one mark being present on both the left and right side of the border; a set of two vertical dark blue marginal cutoff points can be found near the left side of the photograph, with one mark being present on both the top and bottom side of the border; a tan tag atop the photograph contains the following information: "Lesley" "9262" and "11.0R" written in black ink, a square labelled "SS", a crossed out and circled square labelled "1/4", a crossed out square labelled "1/3", a crossed out square labelled "1/2", a square labelled "Special", Page 94, Position 5
