Black and White Photograph, White Border; two sets of two dark blue horizontal marginal cut off points on the left and right sides of the border: one near the top of the photograph and the other near the bottom; a set of two scribbled out vertical marginal cutoff points is present near the right of the photograph's border: one on the bottom of the photograph, and one on the top; a set of two black vertical marginal cutoff points present right next to the aforementioned dark blue vertical marginal cutoff points; "FEB * 66" printed on the left side of the border; a partially torn tan tag atop the photograph contains the following information: "Lesley" and "9262" written in black, a circled square labelled "SS", a square labelled "1/4", a square labelled "1/3", a square labelled "1/2", a square labelled "Special", Page 100, Position 4
